Full Fabrication Cycle

    Designing & BOQ

    Drawings, BOM and BBS preparation aligned to customer specs.

  2. 02

    Procurement

    Tested raw material from approved mills with TC and inward inspection.

  3. 03

    Fabrication

    Cutting, punching, drilling, bending, fit-up and welding on a job-card basis.

  4. 04

    Galvanizing

    Hot-dip galvanizing through certified outsourced partners as per IS:4759.

  5. 05

    Inspection

    Stage QA + customer / TPI inspection before final clearance.

  6. 06

    Packing

    Bundled, marked and tagged per assembly drawings.

  7. 07

    Dispatch

    Tracked dispatch with delivery challan, packing list and test certificates.

BOQ / BOM Driven Production

Every fabrication batch is released against a job card linked to the project BOQ and BOM. The card travels with the material — capturing operator, machine, stage, contractor productivity (kg-based) and inspection status.
